Mr Bruce, it will be top government, military, intelligence, foreign or not, and/or limited parallel structures thereof, most probably. Mr. Bruce, why do I presume that? It's the army - government, which runs air defenses, that never scrambled 1 airplane, against all procedures. Its's the army that ran 15 anti-terror exercises "to practice case against airplane flying into buildings" that same day, 9/11/01. Its FBI, CIA, who is tasked with surveillance of suspicious foreigners, analyzing information, and which never knew anything. It's the government telling us that what we saw is not controlled demolition of 3 buildings, refusing to release pictures, investigate the facts. It's the military that ONLY possesses, or controls, nanothermite high explosive. It's the gov that went to war on false pretenses.
